Elite Development Coach
I am a supporter of the cognitive game as a football base because for me, having a set of intelligent players with many situations lived will be more productive in the long run than a team which learn the mechanisms of the game model and work always in the same concepts.
To make smarters players all the exercises need the ball and the major part need real game with limits and rules that make the players improve the skill that you want to train this session.
