The most important for me is that the players understand the game, play as a team and all of them learn at the same time that they are enjoying.
Team spirit is necesary to grow up in this sport and it has a lot of values that we can apply in our daily live.
Goalkeepers need to be understood, they are different and they have to be considered and trainned with a specific program that permits them to improve and be important for the team. Our brain directs our save´, I love this position.
