The LAGOC Curriculum is a series of topics, delivered in 12-week training blocks, that all of our staff adhere to.
All Curriculum topics contribute to our teams playing a positive, possession-based style of soccer, with a focus on quick movements of the ball provided by creative individuals.
Defensively our teams will attempt to deny the opposition space & time through intelligent collective pressing. When transition occurs, teams will be encouraged to play with a high intensity & aim to regain possession as quickly as possible & attack at speed with an end product.

The Coaching Manual is an online coaching resource that all of our coaches use on a daily basis to ensure LAGOC players are taught to play the same way.
The Coaching Manual provides season plans for all of our coaches that are in line with the LAGOC Curriculum. Each and every training sessions delivered by our Club coaches is provided by The Coaching Manual.
LAGOC also use The Coaching Manual to further educate our coaches, with a wealth of information available on the website such as podcasts, articles and additional training sessions.
