I want to develop my players to have the technical, mental, and physical skills to succeed as individuals and as a team. I push them to take these skills to their highest level possible. I encourage and teach every player to always have a great attitude and effort when they play. I remind them that every game, no matter what, they loose, tie, and win as a team.
