My number one goal is to keep players having fun no matter the level or age of the player. If you are not having fun then why play. I look to develop and improve the players knowledge and abilities throughout age appropriate sessions to help reach their goals. Not only do I want to help develope their skills but also make my players a better person off the field as well.

I want to give each player the chance to advance their way through club and to college so that they may receive a higher education while playing the sport they love. Through my many connections with college coaches I will be able to push them towards the right path.
