SIX of our teams took part in a Residential College Camp this week.

G05 Premier Gonzales, G05 Gold Silva, G05 White Oakes, G04 Premier Gonzales, G04 Gold Conzales and G04 Gold Silva all attended the five-day camp, where they got a real taste of life as a college soccer player.

The girls’ schedule included three training sessions per day, classroom tactical sessions, team meals and evenings of entertainment.

Girls U12-14 Director Carlos Gonzales said: “Our teams gained some valuable experience this week.”

“Not only was it an opportunity to train extensively, on quality facilities, but the girls got to spend some quality time together. It was a great experience for all of the girls”.

All teams arrived on campus for check-in on Sunday evening. Players were allocated their rooms - where they would be staying for the week - before being briefed by the College staff on the week’s schedule.

The girls trained on the College’s soccer facilities Monday through Thursday, and followed a detailed training schedule outlined by their club coaches.

Carlos said: “All the girls loved the camp. It will undoubtedly make our teams stronger”.
